Pursuant to Section 9(b) and 10 (1) of the Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission (Amendment) Act 2015, the Public Service Commission of Kenya (PSCK) has advertised two (2) vacancies for members of the anti graft agency, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC). The deadline for receiving applications is 11th September 2021.
Interested candidates have been asked to submit their either hard copies (manual) to Secretary PSCK or via via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The applications must include copies of a Curriculum Vitae (CV), ID/Passports, Academic Certificates, Testimonials, Clearances from Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), a registered Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), a Self Declaration form stamped by EACC, recommendations from their professional body.
The members will serve for a single term of six (6) years on part time basis.
To qualify one must possess the following qualifications: a Degree, knowledge and experience of at least ten (10) years in the following areas; Ethics and Governance, Public Administration, Law, Public Relations and Media, Audit, Leadership, Economics, Social Studies, Fraud Investigations, Religious Studies or Philosophy.
Members of governing bodies of political parties and those in contravention of Chapter Six of the Kenya Constitution among others are disqualified from applying.

Shortlistings will be conducted on 14th September, while interviews will be conducted on 14th and 15th September 2021.
The positions fell vacant following the resignation of two (2) of the five (5) Commissioners to pave way for a smooth transition. Commissioners Mrs. Rose Mghoi Macharia and Dr. Dabar Abdi Maalim tendered their resignation to President Uhuru Kenyatta last week paving way the recruitment of the two members.
The EACC is among the anti graft bodies working under the Multi Agency Team to rid the country of corruption and recover stolen public assets.
